Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq Arrives in Qatar to Participate in the 23rd Edition of the Doha Forum 2025

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr. Fuad Hussein, arrived in the sisterly State of Qatar on the evening of Friday, 5 December 2025, to take part in the activities of the Doha forum which is being held this year in its twenty-third edition and will commence on Saturday.

H.E. the Minister will participate in the forum’s sessions alongside a distinguished group of leaders, decision-makers, and experts from various countries around the world. H.E. is scheduled to hold several bilateral meetings with participating officials to discuss avenues for enhancing bilateral cooperation, exchange views on key regional and international issues, and coordinate positions regarding developments in the region.

This year, the forum is being held under the theme “Justice in Action: Beyond Promises to Progress ” and will run over Saturday and Sunday, addressing pivotal issues related to security, development, governance, and international justice, as part of the forum’s efforts to provide a global platform for exchanging ideas and formulating practical solutions and recommendations to confront current international challenges.
